Al Taylor wants Welton to focus on the challenges ahead over the final three weeks of the season rather than reflecting on their dismal league displays of late.
This Sundays match has been described as the biggest in the Clubs history thus far as both sides have come to an agreement that who ever wins the Cup Final will also get the three points in their league match.
Taylor wants the campaign finished off in style as his team also seek to win the County and Kelly Read Cups.
"We have to accept what happened on Sunday (in the 6-2 defeat), to deal with it and not repeat it," said the Welton manager.
"We have many big games coming up and we feel we can win them."
Taylor added: "Winning is what we live for. We cannot be happy with only reaching the Finals.
"You do not want to have regrets. We want to win every single game, no matter what competition we play in.
"Of course we are disappointed having lost the League, but we want to bounce back quickly and what better stage to do that than at Sincil Bank this Sunday.
