Kelsey plans extended stay

Welton Reserves utility man Phil 'Big Time' Kelsey has revealed he would like to spend the rest of his career at Social Park.

Kelsey, who is in his third season at Welton, is happy with life and would be delighted to stay.

The anchorman believes the future is bright at Welton and the 25-year-old would happily end his career at the Lincolnshire village outfit.

"At the end of the day I am playing with great players and that's all I want," Kelsy told Sky Sports News.

"The squad is full of classy players and when you play you know you have to play well because a player just as good as you can come in and do the same thing as you.

"I have always said if i am playing with great players then I am happy.

"So why would you not want to commit yourself to a club like that?

Kelsey helped the Reserves win Division 4 last term and he believes Scally and Daley's men can enjoy a good run in Division 3.

"We can have a good run in the Division and if we do do that it would be so special for the club and the fans and just everryone involved at the football club," added Kelsey.
