Al: More to come from Socialites

Welton boss Al Taylor insists his side can improve on their performance in Sunday's 3-1 Derby victory over Nettleham.

The Socialites picked up their first win of the season thanks to an own goal one from Sam almond and Jason Tinklers first goal for the Club. However, Taylor believes his side are nowhere near the finished article.

"We still have a lot of work to do on how we play both with and without the ball," Taylor told the club's official website.

"Jerusalem will be a very very tough test because they are a decent team and Skellingthorpe is a hard place to go, they play very fast, flowing football and they are very good so I'm very much looking forward to it.

"I think tough games are extremely important though because you need some adversity, some bad things to happen so that you can grow from it.

"As long as we don't think we are the finished product because we are absolutely nowhere near it at the moment but it's nice to get a win through organisation and everybody knows now that it's back to work again."
