Welton Manager Al Taylor says he is proud of his sides achievement after they booked their place in the County Cup Final but insists his side are now fully focused on Wednesday nights trip to the Wong to face Horncastle.
“I’m very proud of the lads.” Said Taylor
“It’s a magnificent achievement to get to the County Cup Final and when it comes around again we will be doing everything to ensure we get a better result this time.”
“We’ve reached finals before though and we know that we have to forget about that competition for a couple of months now and ensure we get a good result on Wednesday night to try and keep in the title race.”
“We were magnificent yesterday and we will need to be equally as good at Horncastle.”
“The fact that we are in the County Cup final means that now more than ever teams will want to put one over on us.”
