Welton Reserves defender Daniel Carlile admits Welton's Kelly Read triumph has given him even more hunger to force his way to a cup final.
Carlile watched and celebrated his first team's cup triumph over FVA Jerusalem at Sincil Bank and then in the Social club whilst also being thrown out of a final at Trent Valley and losing in a semi final last season.
He admits it will be tough to win the Fred Quibbel the only cup the Reserves can enter but is determined to try.
Carlile, a first-team regular for the Reserves last season, said: "I would love to walk out at at Sincil Bank with my team mates.
Cuellar was caught up in the celebrations after a late goal from Billy Munro settled the match.
He said: "I watched it live with a host of Reserve team players. They went crazy and were jumping into Sincil Drains after the game.
"The atmosphere was really good - although I wasn't tempted to jump in as well!"
The Reserves start their campaign against Division 4 side Cross AFC.
