Welton S&SC have signed goalkeeper Craig Turner on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Social boss Al Taylor told the club's website: "We've signed a fantastic young hungry goalkeeper who wants to prove himself and live up to his potential."
“Mayhem did a fantastic job for us last season but his work situation is not ideal so we have brought Craig in to ensure we have a regular quality keeper.
“He was excellent for Rustons last Season and he will be a huge asset to us over the coming Seasons.”
“We’re building a fantastic young team here and Craig fits the mould perfectly for what we are looking for."
Turner bacomes Weltons fourth high profile Summer signing joing Jason Tinkler, Oli Furness and Joe Butler in what many people are describing as Big Al's third revolution.
Big Als first Summer revolution came when he overhauled his struggling Division 1 side and brought in the likes of Will Carter, Sam Gordobn, James Drabble and Simon Ward amongst others to drag them out of Division 1 and establish them as a Premier League side.
The secon revolution came when Welton went berzerk signing Scott Coupland, Luke and Simon Clifford, Rick Ossai, Joe Snookes and a whole host of top name players which started the current succesful era Welton currently find themselves in.
Everyone at Social Park will be hoping the sucess story moves on another level this Season.
