Welton S&SC officials had hoped that the details for the showpiece game’s would have been available by now to avoid the inevitable mad scramble for tickets.
Ticket office Manager David Taylor says that the uncertainty is proving to be a real headache.
“It’s a bit of a wee nightmare.” Said Taylor
“The ticket office has been inundated with emails and phone calls from supporters eager to get hold of tickets for the final but all we can say to them is that they know as much as we do regarding the County Cup final.”
“ The Ron Eaglen is also going to be chaotic as the draw is on Monday the 5th and the game is scheduled for six days later whether it be home or away, It could even be an afternoon kick off all we know at this point is that it is on the 11th of March.”
“We would like to assure all our supporters that we are doing everything we can to obtain the information and tickets will be available as soon as possible.”
