Clifford who’s goal finally saw off the Division 1 side in extra time knows that 1-1 after 90 minutes will not be good enough against scothern on Sunday morning a side that Welton have already dropped points against this season.Clifford accepts there will be little margin for error between now and May.
"There is no point drawing games in the League so we have to throw everyone forward going for goals if we’re in a similar position to last Sunday at Metheringham,” Clifford told the Welton News.
"I think this Sunday’s game will be very similar to last Sunday’s game because it is a local derby and Scothern will be giving their all to beat us just like Metheringham were.”
“We need to be positive and trust in our ability.”
"We realise we have to win every game to win the league, but we are ready and prepared to do that. Hopefully, we can do it."
