Taylor ready to juggle squad

Welton S&SC manager Al Taylor is aware he will have to monitor his players closely this month to avoid any injuries.March could prove to be a pivotal month in the Season with some crucial fixtures scheduled including a Cup semi final and a quarter final aswell as this Sundays local derby against Scothern United.

Welton should be at full strength this weekend with Leigh Warman returning to the squad.

Taylor said: "Irrespective of performances or victories, we will probably have to juggle the squad. It all depends on fitness. We will have to look at it as the month unfolds.

"Somewhere along the line we know fatigue is going to play a part. We just have to make sure it does not become costly. It might be that one of the players who has done very well, but who covers a lot of ground, has to sit on the bench for a game or two.

"You know how players are. I know because we get data on them after every game. I will know when they are fatigued. You just have to look at it and decide where best it is to make a change. What we don't want is to have any injuries. We have to avoid that at all costs."
