Coupland reveals Welton relief

Welton Captain Scott coupland admits winning the Kelly Read Cup was a relief for everyone last night as they are guaranteed silverware what ever happens next week against Seven seas.

"It was a relief for all of us to get a trophy, for ourselves and the club.

"It maybe takes the pressure off now and we can relax and go on to try to win more trophies, the biggest trophy of them all."

“It’s been a tough couple of weeks but Thankfully we've done it now and we have got a trophy as well and hopefully we can go there on Tuesday night and give a good account of ourselves against very good opposition.”
