The Socialites have won all four opening league fixtures, opening up a five-point lead at the top of the Premier League table from rivals Claytons Sports.
The fine start has been made all the more impressive due to the fact that at least four Welton players have started every game under the influence of alcohol.

The “worse hit” area of the side is undoubtedly the defence, with both Will Carter and Joe Snookes boasting a remarkable pissed-playing ratio so far this term.
However, thankfully for Welton ,one man who has got his priorities right from the offset is the reformed fans’ favourite Dhindsa, and the Reepham Toft resident admits he must take the plaudits for the flawless start to the season.
“All I can say is thank goodness I am here,” boasted Dhindsa. “My defensive partners seem to have forgotten the word “sober” in recent weeks but fortunately I have been there to sweep up.
“My new look on life has seen me approach every Sunday in the right mindset and I think that has been reflected in my recent performances.
“While Snookes and Carter sweat out various alcoholic spirits I remain ice cool and hold the back three together with minimum fuss.”
He may be plummeting like a stone in the Fantasy Football league, however Dhindsa has been at his rock-solid best for Welton since an opening day injury to centre half veteran Ross Taylor.
However, many expect manager Big Al Taylor to reinstate his son Ross at the heart of the defence in place of Dhindsa when he returns from injury.
Dhindsa, on the other hand disagrees: “I can think of two defenders either side of me who should get the boot first,” he said.
“If I am replaced I will be very disappointed and very surprised. Carter and Snookes haven’t been fit to lace my boots in recent weeks and I hope the management have noticed that.”
