Drabble:excited by Jans potential
The mysterious Polish Schoolboy appeared out of the blue at training on Tuesday night after reserve team joker Alex Munn alerted Social boss Al Taylor of the teenagers potential. The teenage Pole was outstanding for the blues against the yellows on Tuesday night at training.
At just 15, Jan is already putting pressure on established midfielders Tom Wilkinson and Sam Gordon and it appears only a matter of time before the Polish schoolboy forces his way into Al Taylors side.
"Jan will be a great player," said Drabble.
"He has a very big personality. He played his own game, had the courage to go forward but got back as well.
"At just 15, he deserves a lot of credit to play at this level, to skip straight from under 15s to mens football is testament to his character.”
"He is not afraid to get forward and did everything else as well. He has a great future at this club."
Certainly it cannot be long before Jan is banging hard on the first-team door, although the young Pole may have to bide his time in the Reserve team before making the step up to the Premier League.
