No fewer than 7 of his first team failed to report to training on a cold Tuesday evening in temperatures a low as minus 3 degrees. Welton have a big County Cup tie on Sunday afternoon and Taylor wanted to go into the game fully prepared.
"Its frustrating as without everyone there its hard to work on tactics and set pieces for the game on Sunday. Its also disappointing for the lads that do turn up to training in sub zero temperatures, I applaud there commitment."
When asked if Taylor would be taking any disciplinary action towards the players who didn't turn up Taylor responded:
"I will be speaking to the players involved individually but my main focus is Sundays game and progressing to the quarter finals"
