Dhindsa deeply distraught!

Welton utility man Jaz Dhindsa has admitted he is distraught at his actions over the last weekend. Dhindsa has been T total for the last 2 months but that came to a spectacular end in Leeds this past weekend as the Social Park favourite made his way to Leeds to celebrate his Birthday with his team mates.

“I knew their was a chance that the lads would try and get me to drink this weekend but I thought I was strong enough to resist the temptation.”

“Everything is a blur really I’m so ashamed all I know is that me and Will (Carter) got to Leeds at about 4 o clock and I suggested we went straight to the local pub. I really can’t remember anything after that.” Said Dhindsa.

Full details of Dhindsas drunken rampage are slowly trickling through to wsscfc.blogspot.com from witnesses who were unfortunate enough to be in the same bars as Dhindsa last Friday.

Welton defender Will Carter spent the whole day and night with Dhindsa.

“I kept telling him to take it steady and try having a few waters between pints but he was absolutely relentless!”

“I’m not saying that any of us really covered ourselves in glory that night but I’d never seen anything like it.”

“I don’t know what time Jaz eventually made it in on the Friday night because me and the rest of the lads had to leave him in Oceana because we thought we to would get into trouble, but the next day he couldn’t even move!”

“I’ve seen him in some states before and I've seen Ronnie in even worse but Dhinny on Saturday morning was truly shocking. he even said ‘I feel worse than I ever have done before’”

“Seeing him that way certainly made me think twice about drinking the rest of that weekend.”

Social Park management have been unavailable for comment but they surely must be concerned about Dhindsa slipping back to his old ways.
